Keeping a Toolbox Stocked at Your Gainesville Apartment

While our apartment homes at Bellamay Grand are always rented out in excellent condition, and our staff will gladly repair anything that belongs to our community (such as doors, crown molding, or other fixtures and appliances), having a toolbox on hand is always useful for those little projects that you may want to undertake, such as assembling furniture or measuring the best place for that furniture to fit in your apartment.

In order to be prepared for small projects of all kinds, the tool kit at your Gainesville apartment should include the following items:

  • Hammer
  • Level
  • Needle-nose pliers
  • Screwdrivers of various sizes (both Phillips and standard)
  • An adjustable wrench
  • Adhesive wall mounts
  • Ruler and tape measure
  • An electric drill
  • Duct tape
  • Hex keys

“The scenery and space is amazing. The apartment leasing staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. I love that its a gated community and all though it's family and student oriented it's still extremely quiet.”
“This is a quiet gated community with nice apartments located in a great area.”
“We just moved in about a month ago. We had maintenance in so many times trying to get things set up for my disabled son - but they never complained. The grounds are beautiful. The people in the office are always polite and helpful. Very happy here.”
