Not only do the fans look great and add style to our luxury apartments in Gainesville, FL, but they also function in all seasons. Typically, residents use their ceiling fans to cool off in warm months. By turning on the ceiling fan, the room can feel up to 3 degrees cooler, resulting in major energy savings.

As for the winter months, you can reverse your ceiling fan to actually warm a room. By switching a ceiling fan to reverse, or clockwise, you force the cold air upward and the warmer air down into the room. For best results to warm a room, run your fan on a slow speed.
