Bellamay Grand Apartment Homes has many standout features for our residents to enjoy. A resident favorite is our fitness center, which is exclusively available to all of our residents for their personal use.

We ask all our Gainesville apartment community residents to please use the following etiquette when using our fitness center:

Keep it down. Try to keep the noise to a minimum. Be aware of the others using our facility.
Carry a towel to wipe down the equipment before and after each use and wear appropriate clothing.
Be polite when using equipment. Don’t monopolize the equipment and be mindful if someone else is waiting for a machine.
