Location – Our community is conveniently less than 20 minutes from Santa Fe College and the University of Florida. We’re also very close to several other schools for all grades in Gainesville, FL.
Patio – Each apartment features patio access off of common space and off-patio storage.
Kitchen Amenities – Our kitchens feature top-of-the-line appliances and full washer and dryer hookups.
Floor Type – Each apartment is color coordinated to match one of three color schemes with ceramic tile and carpeting.
