For instance, our Gainesville apartments feature a community clubhouse open to rent for all our residents. The clubhouse offers kitchen usage, tables, seating, televisions, a welcoming atmosphere, and a convenient location to the community pool.

As far as celebrating your honored guest, here are a few suggestions to bring personality into your clubhouse birthday party:

Base the theme on the birthday guest by injecting his or her favorite color into decorations, favors, snacks, and wrapping paper.
If you have a sports fanatic on your hands, try turning the cake into a playing field with green and white icing and splitting attendees for a friendly game.
With a sweet tooth turning a year older, decorate tables with delicious edibles such as jellybeans, snack size candy, or other personal favorites.
